This platform ("the Service") provides invoicing, customer management, and related business tools to registered businesses ("Tenants"). Each Tenant's data is kept separate and private from every other Tenant.
New registrations are reviewed manually before activation. Approved accounts receive a free trial period. There is no automatic payment collection — billing is handled manually and directly between the Tenant and the Service operator, based on the plan agreed at signup. Continued use after the trial period requires payment as agreed.
You own the business, customer, and invoice data you enter into the Service. We store it to provide the Service to you and do not sell it to third parties. Data is not shared with other Tenants under any circumstance.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk.
Accounts with an inactive or expired subscription status will have access suspended until renewed. Data is retained during suspension and is not deleted unless you request account closure.
You may request closure of your account and deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process such requests within a reasonable time.
The Service is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep it available and your data safe, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
